Herbivore and carnivore dinosaurs advance their matching catalogs; AI hunts count for both. Each catalog tracks its own region and location visits. Survival and streak quests require one uninterrupted life; death, relog, or dinosaur switch resets the timer without removing completed quests. Kill quests use attributed player kills and wild AI kills. Leaving or teleporting from a quest zone resets its stay timer. Region visits use 13 named regions, migration quests use game migration tracking, and diet quests use the three game-reported diet values.
